TR - Summer Campaign Event, Kunimitsu & Devil Jin to be Added

Tekken Revolution's official website has just been updated to detail the new 'Summer Campaign' event that is upcoming for the free-to-play game. The site mentions that the Summer Campaign event will run from the 9th of August til the 20th of August and that logging into the game during this period will give you 100,000 in-game gold a day for each log-in. Alongside this, Devil Jin & Kunimitsu will also be added to the game's roster for players to unlock and play with as well as double the experience points to be earned If you are under level 20. Lastly, when using a premium ticket in online vs modes, you will receive 5 times the amount of Gift points to help you unlock characters faster. Times are in JST so you can try logging in tomorrow to participate in this campaign.

TEKKEN SMASH Hosted by Anakin & Inkognito Starting 08/06

Anakin and Inkognito have joined forces to create TEKKEN SMASH, a new weekly Tekken web show covering numerous Tekken topics. The first show will premiere on Tuesday August 6th at 7PM EST on Anakin's Twitch channel. Casual and hardcore Tekken fans alike will want to tune in, as the show will be entertaining and educational for players of all types. Anakin does stream a lot of Tekken content periodically so be sure to follow his twitch account for whenever he streams.

Namco Bandai has trademarked Soul Calibur: Lost Swords

The internet managed to scavange a trademark titled Soul Calibur: Lost Souls. Nothing is revealed about the title other than the fact that it is coming in videogame form. It's unknown if it's for handhelds, consoles, or even a casual motion controlled title. Images of the trademark after the jump.

Tekken Revolution - Premium Effect Trailer

New trailer for Tekken Revolution was just unveiled on the official Tekken Revolution website and it showcases several new additions that just recently came to the 7/16 update such as the premium effects and purchasable costumes. Players in Japan can currently access and use all these new features while it must be said that the update is coming later for other regions. You can check out the new trailer below.

Tekken Revolution - Vote For New Characters To Be Added Into the Game

Well, this was certainly unexpected. Katsuhiro Harada has just put up a new facebook poll that allows series fans to vote for new characters to be added to Tekken Revolution. You get to decide between 10 new character concepts such as "Female Paul," "Giant Praying Mantis," "Female Vampire" and several other odd choices on the poll that you want added into the free-to-play title. When votes are tallied, the winners will be announced at the fighting game panel over at San Diego Comic Con on the 19th of July. You can find more information on this below.
