hahaha i feel you about the old man syndrome. i've yet to come to terms with the death of arcades.

man i really hope ttt2 is the best game ever

i have such high hopes for it, and so far it looks like namco is making a great product.

ST is cool but ya it has gross matchups. fei vs gief and shit.

i expect ttt2 to be great. 2 lifebars alone will help a lot

"old man syndrome" and fan demand is the reason why were even getting TTT2 in the first place. If TTT1 was so bad, why was it in tournaments for about 7 years (out living T4 and T5.0). Hell, why is it the most praised in the series if its boring as you say. Yeah TTT1 didn't have perfect balance, but it wasn't as bad as say SF3, Cvs2, T4, any SC, and Mvs2 (especially) where over 50% of the cast sucked. Also, T6 is not considered the best or even an A-class tekken game by any fan at all, so thats just you. One more thing, I can quote Korean pros (Qudans for example) that think the opposite of Rain in this matter.

TTT1 made the series what it is just like the WWF made WWE what it is today. We're not saying that the older sh*t is better, just that the older sh*t invoked/invokes more passion in us, it's more special to us. We all hope TTT2 gets even more hype than the original so that we can relive all that action, drama and excitement the people of that era got to experience...

skillwise movement and execution TTT rules it all from basic punishing and range utilization, and okizime

unlike T6 and TTT2 the skill gap is less even noobs can grab a match against a well versed player
now playing against an opponent who only waits or hopkick/ launches and juggles for damage
would win it unlike before you need to create your oppurtunity to juggle

about mishima domination in TTT1
its not all about mishima/ogres there were players that can beat them up using bruce/bryan hameko of japan
lee of raijin aoki, baek hwoarang by jung ji gae, xiao of xiaosarang some notable tag players use anna/nina, julia/ganryu
lei/yoshi king, aking from korea were worth to mention

those people complaining about how jang iksu plays cant even light a candle for him in a match
his movement is insane think about it that you would whiff 80% of moves against jang iksu (or other TTT1 players from his generation) and would get 100% punish from it

just my 2 cents
give the man respect plus he plays on stick unlike PAD SCRUBS
