It's about fucking time we get some Tekken streams out of Korea. Nstargame will be broadcasting their Tekken 6 events every Friday on their ustream channel, ustream.tv/toplayinter. You can catch them Fridays at 21:00 Korean time (4:00 am PST). I'm really looking forward to watching these. I hope they have an active chat.

live stream...from Korea..which means(hopefully), far less lag than the ones from the US.

I am of the opinion that Japanese players are better at tekken than Korean players, so I would prefer a Japanese stream. Korea is #2 in my opinion. Remember, Tekken 6 BR is the #1 arcade game in Japan, and there are so many more people in Japan than in Korea.
Japan has had several Tekken streams in the past.
