Cross Assault Contestant Reveal

This group of players should make for an interesting show. There are definitely a few legends involved.
"The quest for $25,000 is kicking into high gear, with the start of Capcom’s new week-long internet reality show “Cross Assault.” Under the leadership of legendary players Alex Valle and Aris Bakhtanians, ten players will compete against each other for a week in a series of challenges on Capcom’s highly-anticipated premier fighting game Street Fighter X Tekken .
Hundreds of passionate Street Fighter and Tekken fans have submitted video blogs to vie for one of the coveted spots on Team Street Fighter and Team Tekken. Though the competition was thick, in the end, only ten could be chosen. Today, Capcom puts the anticipation to rest by releasing a new trailer that confirms the cast of “Cross Assault.” "

i usually try to follow both sf4 and tekken 6 at times but i have to say my home field tekken seems stacked.

Pretty good. Can't be mad with Steve and Bronson there. A bit afraid that Kor and 200 yen wont be able to bring any hype though and will end up being introvert. Would've been better to get a mad shittalker there or someone really happy but guess merits go a long way. To be honest though fuck all the non tekken guys who want to be on team tekken (fanatiq and fchamp) who haven't earned their stripes in BR. Would be sort of wrong to fuck the tekken community and bring them in on that point so it's understandable. Girls are cannon fodder and eye-candy to be expected.
SF side was more surprising. But Renic and Rockefeller = Cash.
All in all Valle/Renic/Rockefeller vs Aris/Steve/Bronson is all I needed to watch this show good luck.
I'd be much more interested in seeing an Aris vs Bronson Dragunov vs Julia FT10 in T6 during Cross Assault. Hopefully that could happen during Cross Assault :)
Who the hell are those chicks??? Way to be politically correct and put in some frikin' chicks over guys who actually are good in fighting games. They chose whoever that was for team SF over guys like Justin Wong, Ricky Ortiz and other frikin hardcore supertalented players??! Really??!!
And who was that chick in team Tekken?? Picked over Mr. Naps.. who is one of the best Tekken AND SF players??! This game has SF engine. Team Tekken was suerly going to get annhilated by good SF players, luckily that won't happen because.. who the heck were those people for team SF??? Wasn't that Superyan chick the one who saif she liked Tekken but couldn't get into the game because it was so difficult and so much to learn and so hard execution and all.. so she chose to play SF instead. (There you Tekkens main problem right there, but that's another discussion!)
Also, Bronson Tran/ Aris/ KOR/ Tasty Steve/ 200yen were great picks! For Tekken enthusiast this show is going to be EPIC.. wait for it.. DARY!! I'll be watching it for sure!
The chicks had to do anal (c) Aris to get into the show. Actually I can see it as funny as hell if the chicks are put against eachother in elimination like first round with their mild manners going out the door and catfight instincts kicking in to prove themselves. Imagine that with dr Subzero and Steve yelling in the background. Let's hope they rip clothes while doing so or at least make out in the end (I'm all for comrade-re).
Mr Naps is boring. Wouldn't want to see him. But like NYC Fab would've fun. But see it like this; you have the Evo champ (Kor), 200yen (mad good player) and Bronson (mad good probably most underrated Tekkenplayer there is) in there. I almost see it as the Tekkenside having a shot right now which would be no way if J.Wong etc were in the SF team. Besides I would be much more happy if someone like Rockefeller got the cash then J.Wong (he doesn't need it).

i know everyone thought the tekken team was gonna get rolled, i know i did. i know everyone thought the show was about well know gamers in the FGC who gets shit hype, i know i did. well they got it half right the tekken side that is. i just hope it doesn't turn into another shows where u win base on some random factors instead of skills. but if its some randoms shit going on my vote is for tasty steve, if its skills anyone from team tekken.
the roster seems so small imo.
