I dont even play SC5 but i find watching these videos fucking entertaining!
Yeah, disregarding the sexual harasment incident I am glad that Aris didn't "retreat" in obscurity since he is a quality commentator (knows lots) and very enterataining. It would be cool to see him as a comentator at evo.
Look and Behold Aris with less stomach beard and more win. He kinda looked more dangerous/sharp back then lol. He looks cool now tho, bar the beer mesh stomach thoX2.
I found this accidentally on tube when I was randomly looking at old SC stuff.

After looking at his recent voldo plays on the stream I definitely saw almost the same style and I think I understand why aris can't get his act up in SC5, and that is the lack of movement, it hurts his game play very very much.
I would like to see some patch that returns the old SC rules back (no run full counter like now) and that a 8way run finally returns to its old glory....
Shoutouts for putting on another awesome tournament. I'm hoping that going to a bi-weekly gets more people to come out to the next one.
I think the problem that people have is the risk involved with movement. I'm fine with the movement because of how much reward you get for making your opponent whiff in this game.
Also, people need to just play SC2 because none of these SC games are going to be like that one.
Yeah, I would not like a copy of SC2. Sc2 is Sc2.
However at this point of SC5 lifecycle is simply don't see that benefit of using movement, but it is to early to say. I mean SC5 looks cool but it begins to look more and more like a slug fest where two characters just stand there and slug on each other.
I mean most of the time I don't see nightmare using his sword range as an atribute, if it weren't for his reach in grabs, he would be like a different version of sig, and sigfried is underused since the nature of the game (with big movement penalty and such) is more benefitial to close range characters, or those characters that have an optimum efficiency just outside of grab range.
But on the other hand beffy lovelord's astaroth really knows how to use the range game, I would like to see more of that.
Also think I didn't see one raphael get used on SC5 streams up to date.
But It could be worse, so....
Would just like to say I enjoyed the stream cause you guys were having FUN. Keep up the good mood!
P.S; Damn Aris during SC2 looks like a totally different person.
