After posting the results of SS2K11, I have been asked by the Australian Tekken community to show the top 3 matches from their National tournament which took place last month. Apparently many of their top players did not attend SS. Check out the videos below.
Thanks to l0rds1lv3r for the uploads and SopSop for the tip.

That's cos they are.
ie
Gipsy.
Korean.
Go the Aussies!
fuck, a korean in australian tekken scene?!!!
So many summer tournaments! I blame Christmas for this summer tournament saturation.
Only one of Australia's top 20 players went to SS due to it being on console and he was there to watch SF , so thanks for putting these ones up Aris.
gipsy owns all other australians by far though...
lucky strikes has always held up well against gipsy
Not sure who you are "random", but so does MMT (if we're talking death matches).
If anyone is interested you can watch some of the death matches here (...don't really know where "andrew" is getting his facts): http://www.youtube.com/t5drlord
@ bogart: fuck, a korean in australian tekken scene?!!!
Are you saying Koreans are too good and shouldn't be allowed to play Tekken in Australia? Maybe those Korean's live in Australia? Were there any rules that Koreans cannot enter the tournament? Your comment is pretty shallow.
Umm he didn't say any of those things, I think he was just surprised. Why are u being so defensive?
lol throw any korean in there and he'll be king of australia
^ We have a number of Koreans in the scene here who are very good at Tekken, both who live here and are just here for study/working holiday. The only one who has managed to "dominate" is Gipsy, and I'm pretty sure that's going to happen no matter where he is in the world.

I thought the way he commented was pretty negative but take his comment the way you want.
The last time I checked Japan was in Asia and the Australian scene definitely don't play like the Japanese Scene.
With the dominance of Korean vids on youtube, it's only logical that STC would be exposed to and even emulate Korean playstyles.
