The voices...Ouch, they really just should of had Jin and kazuya talk with the ingame VA and had subtitles for em. Still this gonna be much better then the other "tekken" movie.
If the PS 3D display is reasonably priced in Australia and has mininimal to no lag, I will be getting it, and Tekken can be my first 3D bluray. Perfect.
ugh Alisa is such a stupid looking character, a little robot with chainsaws supposed to stop Devil Jin and Kazuya. Hope she gets destroyed in the movie :p
While the English Voice Acting could use some work, (as is usually the case in these sort of situations) THIS example above is the prime example of what video game movies should be based upon. Video games are fictional. They take place in fictional worlds in fictional universes each with their own set of rules for which their reality is based upon. Things that may seem far-fetched or futuristic here may be the norm in the world of a video game. For this reason and more, video games movie renditions that attempt to make the setting take place here on earth, in real life, almost always are doomed to fail. Why? because we don't have the same rules for reality that they do and as such, we cannot replicate the different aspects of the video game world here in reality.
Now when you make a movie CG or keep it animated, you are then allowing us to see the different elements of their world within ours as best as could possibly be done as a real life adaptation could never be as polished and complete as that of reality. Live action renditions would always fall short. Look at Street fighter, Street fighter 2, Tekken, Dragonball, the list goes on and on and each and every time, the movie almost NEVER comes up to expectations. However, when you keep the fictional things created in a fictional way (CG, animations, etc) anything is possible and everything can be rendered accordingly. This is the way game movies should be.
Yes, we all know all that already. Everybody thinks so too.
Plus the characters in a real life movie never have the ripped musclemass as their CG originals. It's a shame looking at Scorpion in Mortal Kombat movies with puny arms and no muscles. That's my main beef!

Big spoiler in the trailer with Alisa and Ling at the end.
It's canon prior to the events of Tekken 3 to 6. Though who the heck is that Shin Kamiya?!!!
Kaz needs a new voice actor...period.
Pls pls pls original jap VA with subtitles.
