VFDC recently interviewed Itabashi Zangief. Incase you don't know, he is one of the best VF and SF players on the planet. I found this interview to be very interesting regardless of what game you play. Check out an excerpt below and read the whole interview HERE.
"What do you like about Virtua Fighter and Street Fighter?
I like some points about SF and VF.
Especially, I like Yomi about VF.
It's really great that SF has many kinds of different characters.
I played Street Fighter 2 about 20 years ago, and then some fighting games have attracted me."

You fucked up the link?
Should be fixed.
No, I still get:

Ignore my previous comment, it works now.
I noticed it still gives an error sometimes. I think that is an issue with VFDC and not the link itself.
Just click refresh. It works. :)

I wished that I will find some interest talking about VF on that meeting.
anyway that game has got my attention once (just because I am a FG fan), but when I tried VF4 I didn't like it.
first, the animation was awful on many parts specially on juggles, the juggled opponent looks like is loosing his gravity or something, it just feels wrong.
and the moves and the reaction moves in general are so real that make it looks stiff.
and the game didn't get people interest because it's visually week, and I haven't seen somebody who watch this game for his first time and loved it, or even love to try it (regardless if it's a good balance solid game or not..pla pla etc) balance is not everything in FG
come on SEGA can't you hair some good Japanese animators, the game still the same shit since it has been created.
