Does this make raw tagging safe?

^ No it doesn't but it gives you more options, so that if you do them your opponent will be more careful when you tag out, and when he is more careful sometimes he can be slow enough for you to raw tag.

Stuff like wang's b+1 makes it safe from high and mid stuff.

These one-small-topic-pet-video-daily are great, if you can pump them out almost each day it would be so awesome.
