Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Global Championship '13 Set for October 26th!

The Tekken Global Championship '13 event is set for the October 26th this year according to a recent update to the Tekken-NET website. For those of you who are unaware, this tournament is a major gathering of tekken talent across the globe with numerous qualifiers in different regions to select representatives to be sent to represent their country in a tournament in South Korea. The website also mentions that the total prize money for winning the tournament includes $10,000 and that CafeId is sponsoring this event and will be broadcasting it. MASTERCUP.6 Announced! | Japanese 5on5 Tournament Scheduled for 11/3

The tournament scene in Japan have seen a bit of a resurgence recently with the increasingly popular and successful MASTERCUP tournaments. With the recent huge turnout for MC5 that included over 600 players and also the Tekken development team, MASTERCUP.6 has officially been announced on the official Mastercup website. The date for the new tournament is set for the 3rd of November this year and will follow a format similiar to MASTERCUP.5. More details on the event to follow closer to the event's date.
