Update: More screenshots and the official character bio from Bandai Namco have now been added.

The French nobleman Raphael is officially here with a new batch (#15) of character artwork and gameplay images from Soul Calibur 6. Since Soul Calibur 6 takes place during the time period of the original Soul Calibur and Soul Calibur 2, he sports the original character design as opposed to the Vampire design he later developed in Soul Calibur 3. Soul Calibur 6 - Raphael Character Reveal Trailer

Welcome back Raphael to the stage of history! Raphael was previously leaked early this month in a weird goof with a demo of Soul Calibur 6 brought early into an event but the official reveal for the character has now gone live. Raphael and Cervantes are playable in Soul Calibur 6 this week in Japan during Tokyo Game Show at the Bandai Namco booth for anybody that happens to be there so expect even more gameplay footage from the game soon. Soul Calibur 6 - Cervantes Battle Director Comment

Thanks goes to Famitsu for posting the Battle Director comment for Cervantes with his recent reveal. The Soul Calibur 6 Battle Director Oosaka (@oosaka_twt) gives a short introduction to the game plan of Cervantes in his developer comment.
