Going Out of Bounds in Tekken 7

It's a known bug in the series but you can't help but smile everytime you see it happen. Once again, boundaries in Tekken stages have been broken and it's interesting to see what's out there beyond the stage edges. It makes for a cool way to closely admire some of the work and effort that goes into designing some of Tekken's stages since you can get a more close and better view of the details in the background. The method to boundary break the stages is reproduceable and the video up on the theater10 YouTube channel shows you how it is performed.

Findings from Noodalls - Tekken 7 has less input lag on XB1 than PS4

Well this is a little awkward isn't it? Noodalls tested out the input lag on the Xbox One versions of Tekken 7 and as it turns out, it in fact has less overall input lag than the PlayStation 4 Pro version. In the previous findings, Tekken 7 on the PS4 measured at 120.1 ms (7.2 frames) with the PS4 Pro matching that. On the Xbox One version of Tekken 7 however, the game was measured to have 104.2ms (6.2 frames) so that is a 1 frame difference between the two consoles. This marks an unusual precedent since historically Tekken games have always been played on the PlayStation versions competitively. Do tournaments now use the XB1 version? Or is everyone content on playing on the PS4? Once again, big thanks goes to Noodalls for the findings, added below is the YouTube video he recently put up testing the two versions.

Backdash Cancelling is no longer required to Backdash into Block.

From the video description:

In previous games, letting go of the second back in a backdash would prevent you from blocking unless you cancelled the backdash. Now it seems that no longer applies.

In other words, this makes back-dashing for creating space and blocking in reaction to an opponent's attack much easier to defend against now that you don't have to cancel the back dash with a crouch. Thanks goes to Bloodhawk for the finding, check out the video he put up on this below.

Tekken Bowl Related Files Found Inside Tekken 7

Looks like we found the new Game Mode coming to Tekken 7 in the Season Pass? Tekken 7 recently launched on Steam and people have started to dig into the game's files. First discovery of note seems to be sound files for "Tekken Bowl" mode which is a mini game in the Tekken series. Of course we can't confirm whether or not this means Tekken 7 is getting the mode but who knows, who's down for some bowling? Credits goes to LiquidThroughCrack over on r/Tekken.
