MASTERCUP.8 Announced! Japanese 5on5 TEKKEN 7 Tournament Set for 11/22

MASTERCUP is once again returning this year and everything shall begin anew with the new Tekken 7 game set for the main stage at MASTERCUP.8! The MASTERCUP tournaments have been surging with popularity in the last number of years and were the pinnacle events for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 in it's lifetime so MASTERCUP.8 is looking to ride on all this momentum with Tekken 7 now out in arcades. The event is officially announced to go down in Tokyo, Japan on the 22nd of November this year and will be once again a big event for Tekken everywhere. MASTERCUP.7 | World's Largest Tekken Tournament Streamed Live on Nov 2nd!

Just becoming the world's largest TEKKEN tournament, MASTERCUP.7 is about to go down this weekend and there's twitch streams available for everyone to tune in! MASTERCUP.7 is a Japanese 5on5 tournament for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 with a huge number of players entered (880!) which includes the best the country has to offer as well as some of the best Tekken players from Korea coming down to aim for the prize. This event will be the final send off for TTT2 in Japan so this event is expected to go out with a huge spectacle. Additionally, the Tekken development team is working with the tournament and Harada and Murray are both attending so it's possible we also might see something new regarding Tekken 7. This event will be amazing for all fans of Tekken so be sure to watch it this Sunday (or Saturday depending on where you live)!

MASTERCUP.7 - Premium Promotional Video

Fumihiko Tachiki returns as special guest narrator to the latest Promotional Video for the next in line numbered MASTERCUP TTT2 tournament. The large Japanese 5on5 tournament is set to go down in Tokyo's Pallete Town Leisure Land with a staggering 176 teams of 5 people entered totaling 880 players entered! Among the list of players entering the tournament, you'll find players like Yuu, Nobi, Furumizu, AO, Burimaru, Gen, Deku, the True Tekken God team from Korea, the second Korean team, and just a lot more of really good players. MASTERCUP.7 is set to occur on the 2nd of November, 2014 with the event being streamed on Twitch.tv featuring Genya, Hameko, MarkMan & Team Spooky performing commentary. MASTERCUP.7 Second PV and Korean Team

Check it out, the 'Highest speak' of the tekken world is only a few months away. MASTERCUP put out the second PV for the upcoming tournament which gives you a more up close look at how big and packed the MASTERCUP tournaments are. Alongside the PV, MASTERCUP.7 is also getting another Korean team entered: Team No. #83 'YEONI' which has Moq (Bob/Armor King), Yeoni (Devil Jin/Lars), Kkokkoma (Devil Jin/Lars), Alzzang (Ogre/Jinpachi) & BPlus (Eddy/Christie) entering the tournament from Korea. MASTERCUP.7 is slowly creeping up on us this year, the latest in Japan's large series of 5on5 tournaments is a few months months away! MASTERCUP.7 is said to be the 'final' send off for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 in Japan and they are expected to go out with a bang. In collaboration with certain popular Combo Makers you see on YouTube, MASTERCUP has revealed the first Promotional Video for the tournament on the official YouTube channel.
