Julia Chang and Player Data Breakdowns are coming to Arcades in May

A new update for the arcade version of Tekken 7 is scheduled to arrive in May, as announced by Nakatsu during the Toushinsai event. This update will feature the arrival of DLC character Julia Chang to arcades as well as new player data displays taken from the arcade's online Tekken-net service. Tekken-net will collate your gameplay data to let you see player breakdowns and rankings at a glance. Your Tekken skills is reflected with a new "Tekken Power" number and a web chart that highlights key playstyle areas. It's a little reminiscent of the World Tekken Federation feature from Tekken Tag Tournament 2 if you were around to remember that existing. You can look forward to these new arcade features coming in 2 months from now. For the source of the announcement, you can find it over on the Toushinsai stream archive:

Soul Calibur 6 - Amy Returns to the Stage of History on March 26

News of Amy's release date is already out, ahead of the currently scheduled Amy live stream on March 11. The Xbox channel uploaded their latest in the 'This Week on Xbox' series of videos, and it is inside one of the headlines in the upper section where we learn that Amy is set to launch on March 26 (Tuesday). Considering that this is an official video, it looks like they might have accidentally tucked in this announcement a bit prematurely. Good news for Amy fans though, she'll be in your hands sooner than you would expect towards the end of this month. For the source of the news as well as all the other Xbox related info, you can check out the video. Thanks goes to Koenji for sending in the news tip.

Knee on his Tekken History: 'For me, this game is my life'

This interview with Knee was put up almost a week ago, but it wasn't until recently that it got English captioning supplemented onto it. So without further adieu, here is Inven's interview with ROX Dragon's Knee. It's quite a lengthy session that goes far back to his arcade beginnings with the Tekken series, to his adult life, where he was studying and conscripted into the Korean military service. Maybe some out there can personally relate to Knee's experience in growing up with the Tekken series, in which case, Knee offers his perspective on committing to Tekken instead of a more 'normal' life. Get familiar with not only a Tekken playing machine, but a man who 'made it'. Oh and don't forget to turn the English subtitles on:
