Tekken Revolution - Mokujin Fest

A newly published update from the official site for Tekken Revolution details a new event called 'Mokujin Fest.' This event will be introducing a new mode into the game called 'Mokujin Rush' which I guess is a neat little spin on the normal survival modes that fighting games normally have. In this mode, you'll be battling Mokujin, Tetsujin & Kinjin repeatedly to rapidly earn prizes such as fight money and gift points. Entering this mode will however require you to earn new 'Mokujin Tickets' which you can gather through online VS matches. The event is said to run from the 2nd of August til the 5th of August (Japan time presumably) so the event should be live now. You can see more details and images of this event below.

TTT2 - PS3/X360 World Tekken Federation Service to End

The official JP Tekken Tag Tournament 2 website was recently updated to include a new notification that mentions that the World Tekken Federation online service will be coming to an end on the first of September this year. Since this online service is so deeply integrated with the online functionality of the console Tekken Tag Tournament 2 games, several features such as searching for replays, team creations, replay & ghosts downloading as well as web access to the World Tekken Federation website will all be affected. Rage Reaction Relationships for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 By Archer Mac

Archer Mac has been diligently studying and documenting the Rage Relationship mechanic which exists in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 ever since the findings of the interesting system. One of his most extensive works include filling out the dedicated Tekken Zaibatsu's Wiki page with charts and calculations that show at what point certain tag teams within the game will trigger rage for the partner character. For those of you who find the chart a bit too complicated to read, Archer Mac has recently released the "Rage Reaction Relationships" program for Windows that visually details when certain character teams trigger rage. The program is pretty straight forward with how it works and all it requires you to do is select your two characters in the dropdown box and the program will do the rest. Seremura Cup - MASTERCUP Summer Tournament 2013 Announced

The official Mastercup website has just announced a new TTT2 arcade tournament set for summer in Japan. Titled the "Seremura Cup," the tournament will be similar to the previous MASTERCUP J1 Climax tournament in the 3on3 format however, this new tournament will be in Waseda tournament style and have the entry team limit capped at 48 teams (144 people total). The event is scheduled for the 11th of August and will be held in Tokyo's Taito Station arcade. Further details of the event and it's live broadcasting (If available) to follow closer to the event's date.

TEKKEN SMASH Hosted by Anakin & Inkognito Starting 08/06

Anakin and Inkognito have joined forces to create TEKKEN SMASH, a new weekly Tekken web show covering numerous Tekken topics. The first show will premiere on Tuesday August 6th at 7PM EST on Anakin's Twitch channel. Casual and hardcore Tekken fans alike will want to tune in, as the show will be entertaining and educational for players of all types. Anakin does stream a lot of Tekken content periodically so be sure to follow his twitch account for whenever he streams.
