Japanese SoulCalibur VI Tier List for Season 2

EVO Japan is this weekend and for the occasion, the Dengeki writer Kurita Oyakata compiled his and other player's thoughts on a tierlist for Season 2 of SoulCalibur 6. I have to say, this is kind of a hard game to make a good tier list for with loads of differing opinions between regions but this Japanese tier list makes a decent case for the base of a current list. At the time of writing, this list was made just before EVO Japan and comes with some comments on each individual placements. Knee's Tekken 7 Tier List in Tournaments

Aaand here we have Knee's Tekken 7 tier list that is geared toward ranking characters in a console PS4 standard tournament format. Mishima characters, Leo and Xiaoyu move down in rankings while Jack-7 jumps right up to the top. It's important to note that while making this tier list in the video, Knee mentions multiple times throughout that the current PS4 input lag makes a big impact on how characters fare so that's why the disparity between his deathmatch and tournament lists. Knee's Tekken 7 Tier List in Deathmatches

I don't think anyone else on this planet is more qualified to make a deathmatch focused tier list for Tekken 7 right now. The image you see above is the conclusion to a tier list brainstorm Knee did with Kuro Kuro while in Japan recently. Considering the nature of the list, you can expect that it is primarily focused on characters that perform in a long deathmatch setting so these listings don't necessarily reflect his thoughts on the characters in a tournament BO3 format. Kuro Kuro uploaded a video of him and Knee in a tiny computer room and during the process you can hear him mentioning at some points whether or not a player has managed to get high ranks with certain characters so there's also that to factor in. Japanese Players Yuu, Nobi & Take Share Their Tekken 7 Tier Lists

Yuu, Nobi & Take of Mushin Tekken are back with Volume #2 of their Tekken Attack YouTube show. This volume discusses their thoughts on the game balance and character ranking so they do discuss which characters in the game do better than others. They took turns creating the character lists in the background but then later pool their thoughts together to come up with their placings for the tier list. The Tier Lists listed here are for arcade Tekken 7 Fated Retribution and is current as of May 2017. That being said, the console version of Tekken 7 does differ from arcade T7FR balancing wise so there's that to factor in going into the console release.
