PS4/XB1 Tekken 7 Version 1.04 Update Restores Black Colors in Customization

If you're reading this, then go and update Tekken 7 on your PS4 or XB1; Version 1.04 update is now live for you to download. The main fix included in this update was bringing back the dark and black colors in the game's customization mode after it was taken away in Ver. 1.03 due to a specific Dragunov's costume which could be painted all black. There's no other changes listed in the update notes nor any official notes anywhere so this 740 mb update presumably is for reverting the colors back. If you play on PC, then all the previous console updates are being rolled into a single patch at the end of this month.

For comparison sake, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on PS3 measured at 95.1ms (5.7 frames) for input lag compared to recently tested Tekken 7 which was found at 120.1ms (7.2 frames). Big thanks goes to Noodalls for testing the frames out and posting them on his twitter,  I laid out the tweets with his findings below. If you're interested in further fighting game input lag data or Noodall's methodology, you can check out his thread over on SRK's forum.

PS4 Tekken 7 - Video Breakdown of Lee Chaolan's New Moves, Changes & Combos

The crew managing and streaming the game over at Bandai Namco Australia have recently finished compiling a video breakdown of Lee Chaolan. It's a comprehensive piece of video content as it shows you what the players discovered from the console character in the current PS4 demo build of the game. If you haven't been following Tekken too much but are a Lee player from the previous games, this video will pick you up to speed on what new moves and changes you can expect from the character in Tekken 7. Sample combos with notations are also included near the end. As always, thanks goes to Blankaex for streaming and capturing the footage up on the YouTube channel.

Check Out 7 Hours of the Latest Tekken 7 Console Build from Copenhagen FGC

Now here's a better stream to check out the Tekken 7 PS4 build with. The Copenhagen FGC got their hands on the latest build which includes both Lee & Miguel and streamed 7 whole hours from it. I'm sure veteran Lee & Miguel players will be combing through this archive for any character changes coming into the game. It's also good to check up on how the current build is doing. You can check it out over on CopenhagenFGC.
